First of all, the property has a private parking space next to the entrance door, alongside 3 other public parking spaces.
Naturally, parking is also easily available on the beautiful panoramic terrace 300 meters away, and along the street.
Finally, motorcycles and bicycles can be brought inside the courtyard.
Beach
We offer our guests a private little beach, where, upon request and with prior reservation, it is possible to have a "breakfast basket." Additionally, on the private beach, our guests can also use pedal boats.

- The rooms, on the other hand, are not equipped with a TV.

- Naturally, dogs are welcome if they have their own bed or mat to sleep on, and if their food is left outside the room (on the balcony).
However, there is an additional charge of €5 per day.
Rates
Standard – Accommodation in a double room with a private bathroom, sweet and savory breakfast included, 85-120€/night.
A 5% discount and also a 10% discount depending on the season starting from the 4th night. Additionally, the supplement for an extra single bed is 30-40€/night.
Children under 4 years old stay for free, while those from 5 to 12 years old pay 15€/night.
Naturally, pets are welcome in our facility, always respecting the other guests, the objects, and the shared internal and external spaces. However, there is an additional charge for pets of 5€/day. Finally, it is prohibited to leave pets unattended in the room.
Finally, no tourist tax is charged.
